Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Commercial Banking Senior Client Support Specialist in Chicago. You will support the U.S. Specialty Deposits line, ensuring prompt handling of client requests, AML compliance, and collaboration with RMs and portfolio managers to address client needs.

You will maintain client data, resolve issues, and stay current on products, pricing, and policies while partnering with governance to report fraud incidents. Local candidates in Chicago eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality client service in commercial banking contexts.
• Ability to onboard clients and research AML requirements in line with policy.
• Strong knowledge of processing wires, cashier’s checks, and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage client relationships.
• Facilitate client onboarding and AML documentation in scope of policy.
• Process daily client requests, including wires and transfers, promptly and accurately.
• Review and obtain approvals for day-to-day transactions within delegated authority.
• Support Relationship Managers with portfolio management and overdraft decisions.
