Louis. You’ll partner with practice leaders to forecast staffing needs and build strong candidate pipelines. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting engineering/technical professionals, excellent communication, and ability to operate with speed-to-market delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Minimum four years recruiting engineering and technical professionals.
• Experience with current sourcing techniques and placing high quality professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment across multiple engineering markets.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
• Identify passive and active candidates via boards, events, and networking.
• Partner with practice leaders to align recruitment with project pipeline.
