Job summary

Airbyte is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join on a 6-month contract to lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM and technical roles in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with hiring managers, define profiles, and build targeted sourcing strategies to move searches with urgency, primarily in the San Francisco area while enabling remote work.

You should be highly proactive, with strong sourcing instincts and the ability to coach managers when market or feedback requires recalibration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven sourcing and candidate engagement across seniorities.
• Experience in SF Bay Area talent market and data-driven searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct screening conversations to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Ashby.
• Partner with hiring managers with market insights and feedback.
• Support offer development and negotiation.
• Contribute to improving recruiting processes and tools.
