AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our remote, full-time team supporting a leading Oil and Gas client. The role is hybrid, with on-site collaboration in Houston 2-3x weekly.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, design market-aligned strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across the business. Experience in the energy sector and strong using sourcing tech and stakeholder management are essential, with a focus on pay benchmarks

This is a full-time, remote permanent position supporting a leading Oil and Gas company.

The role is hybrid, working on client site 2-3x weekly in Houston, Texas

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to business needs and market conditions.
• Ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

• Experience hiring in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Utilize Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and social media sourcing techniques
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Provide guidance on hiring strategies, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
• Influence hiring decisions using market intelligence and recruitment data.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
