Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Senior Recruiter to oversee regional recruiting initiatives, partner with leadership, and build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and events. The role ensures compliance and supports Affinity Action Plans and diversity initiatives while guiding HR managers across locations.

The position manages open requisitions, updates the ATS, and reports recruiting metrics. It also involves mentoring junior recruiters and leading recruiting projects for the team.

Cintas is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives. The Senior Recruiter will develop, implement, and manage a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance; build candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking and recruiting events; conducting interviews and managing job postings and candidates in the automated staffing system to align with Affinity Action Plans and diversity initiatives. The Senior Recruiter provides guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure compliance with hiring process.

Manage open job requisitions, update and manage ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.

Leads projects for the recruiting teams.
