Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives and partner with leadership to ensure effective, compliant hiring. You will use job boards and sourcing tools to build candidate relationships, manage postings and staffing-system candidates, and conduct interviews.

The role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience and the ability to travel (5-10%). Proficiency with MS Office is expected. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in hiring, staffing and recruiting.
  • Ability to travel if necessary, including overnight stays (approximately 5-10%).
  • Valid driver's license.
