Our national team of 55 headhunters connects employers with top talent across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and IT. We created growth by expanding our Charleston space and continuing to bill across 36 states with a strong track record in 2025.

Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is a national executive search firm with 55 headhunters in 5 main offices and several outposts throughout the U.S. Our Charleston office continues to grow as we expand into a new space on Upper Meeting St. across from the Refinery.

We are looking for high-functioning entrepreneurial headhunters who want to create their own paths under our umbrella. We are looking for driven individuals who have experience in business development and recruiting in a full desk model. This is an in-office role. We billed 36 states and filled over 550 positions in 2025.
