What You'll Do:

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, shape job descriptions, and build a strategic hiring plan for each search
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation, and candidate expectations
• Source proactively and creatively to reach passive candidates in industries outside traditional tech, including entertainment, publishing, and media
• Own full cycle recruiting across creative, production, growth, marketing, operations, and finance roles, from intake through offer and close
• Lead offer conversations and negotiations with confidence and care
• Create a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience that reflects our culture and keeps candidates excited throughout the process
• Run a high volume of screens while keeping quality and speed high across multiple open roles at once
• Keep our ATS clean and up to date, and use pipeline data to spot bottlenecks and improve how we hire
• Work with the People Team to strengthen interview processes, scorecards, and hiring workflows
• Help build our employer brand and tell the Inkitt story to candidates in every function

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least some of it at a high growth startup
• Proven success hiring across a wide mix of functions, from creative and content to operations and finance
• Experience recruiting for creative, content, or entertainment roles is a strong plus
• Comfort managing many searches at once and prioritizing well when everything feels urgent
• Strong judgment in assessing talent for roles outside your own area of expertise
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with both candidates and leadership
• Experience with Lever is a plus
• A scrappy, startup mindset; you thrive in a fast paced environment and welcome new challenges
• Commitment to an in person work culture; you prefer an onsite or hybrid work model
• An enthusiastic, positive approach to recruiting and a knack for #movefast without missing deadlines

$150,000 - $160,000 a year

Salary is determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the requirements of the role, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
