Our client, a storied NYC law firm, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the team on a temporary basis. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan.

Job Details

• Liaise with teams and hiring managers to identify their talent needs
• Source potential candidates through recruiting platforms, job boards, and proactive searching
• Conduct preliminary interviews
• Act as primary contact and liaison between candidates and hiring managers
• Oversee negotiations and prepare offer letters
• Enter and update candidate information in ATS
• Provide seamless and positive hiring experience for all candidates
• Pay Rate: $55-58 per hour, based on experience
