Our client, a storied NYC law firm, is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan. This firm has a uniquely people-focused culture, and they offer excellent benefits!

Job Details

• Enter and update candidate information in ATS
• Review resumes and perform initial phone screenings (20-30% recruiting for Junior positions)
• Communicate with candidates and provide a positive, seamless hiring experience
• Schedule interviews and manage virtual meeting rooms
• Greet candidates for on-site interviews
• Manage onboarding, background check, and conflict check processes
• Provide general HR department support
• Salary: $80-90k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
