Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on developing and implementing a compliant recruitment strategy in collaboration with leadership, while leveraging job boards and sourcing tools to build candidate relationships.

The Recruiter will manage postings, oversee candidates in the staffing system, and conduct interviews to support staffing needs. This position requires 3+ years in recruiting and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in hiring, staffing and recruiting.
• Ability to travel if necessary, including overnight stays (approximately 5-10%).
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
