Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Fremont, CA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leaders across the organization and own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for complex, critical roles. You will build talent pipelines and execute strategic sourcing for diverse functions.

You will screen and assess candidates, manage offers and onboarding handoffs, and share market insights to inform workforce planning and hiring best practices, delivering outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and talent acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in corporate, agency or blended environments.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions including technical/engineering, manufacturing, operations, IT, sales and HR.
• Experience managing the complete recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and direct outreach.
• Proficiency with ATS, experience with Workday or comparable systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment requirements and compliant recruitment practices.
