Acceler8 Talent in Boston is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to join a high-performing team. You’ll work with the VP and managers to drive growth across technology markets, including AI and machine acceleration, contributing to the firm’s expansion and your own career prospects.

The role focuses on candidate attraction, management, and building long-term relationships, with a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits.

• Proven experience and billings, working as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant.

• Strong administrative skills – extremely organised.
• Team player, but can take on own responsibilities and prioritise workload.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
