Job summary

• Directly manage T-Ball/Softball/Baseball programs and leagues.

• Attend league and coaches' meetings; manage game-day operations.
• Ensure fields and facilities are prepared and safe.
• Supervise game officials and coverage across fields.
• Assist in budgeting, marketing, and community outreach.
• Build relationships with participants, schools, and organizations.
