Qualifications

• Two years of paraprofessional recreation program experience.
• An equivalent combination of training and experience may be used to meet qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, lead, and evaluate recreational programs and events.
• Enforce safety rules and procedures.
• Resolve disputes and provide guidance to participants.
• Coordinate communications and advertise programs to the community.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise temporary staff and volunteers.
• Maintain program and facility reports and deliver quality customer service.
