Job summary

The City of Greeley seeks a Recreation Coordinator II to oversee daily Family FunPlex operations. You will hire, train, schedule, and evaluate part-time staff, promote memberships, manage rentals, and supervise drop-in and structured programs to ensure exceptional customer service and safety.

Preferred bilingual ability and experience with Amilia or Microsoft Office are a plus. This full‑time role reports to the Recreation Supervisor in the Culture, Parks and Recreation Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Recreation or related field.
• 1-3 years of recreation or special event programming experience.
• Current certification in Community CPR, First Aid and AED or within 3 months of hire.
• Previous experience in customer service and recreation facility management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Family FunPlex and oversee guest services.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate part-time staff.
• Promote and retain memberships, handle facility rentals, and supervise programs and events.
• Ensure high quality customer service and a safe environment for members and guests.
