Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation, education, sports management or related field.
• Five years’ experience leading and supervising employees in recreation, special events & facility rentals.
• Must possess or be able to obtain CPR and first aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate recreation programs and services at City facilities.
• Supervise facility, program, and staff; manage volunteers and part-time staff.
• Act as Manager on Duty and assist with budgeting, reporting, and promotional materials.
