Qualifications

• Experience managing a facility including safety, budget, program evaluation, policy interpretation, and staff supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the center, ensuring safety, security, budget monitoring, program evaluation, supplies, policy interpretation, staff training and scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Interact with citizens and patrons, greeting customers, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information.
• Oversee facility scheduling, maintenance, and operation.
• Prepare routine reports, collect monies, monitor expenditures, and maintain records.
• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate daily programs and special events.
