Division includes but is not limited to aquatics and beaches.
Under limited supervision, this position supervises, plans and directs the activities of a division within an assigned Bureau. Performs administrative duties and assists with coordinating work and developing plans and strategies. Reports to the assigned Bureau Head.
Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in Recreation and Leisure Services, Sports Management or related field
2-3 years demonstrated work experience managing teams in one or more areas of expertise.
Certified Parks & Recreation Professional, current water fitness instructor and American Red Cross lifeguard management certification.
