Job summary

Intersect Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Recreation Aide to engage residents in scheduled activities and provide encouragement and assistance.

You will implement recreation programs, assist with calendars, and help coordinate one-on-one visits under the Recreation Director's guidance. The role requires interaction with seniors, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience with senior groups or leading activities preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience with various arts and crafts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements Recreation Programs per Monthly Calendar and RD instructions.
• Assist in completion and distribution of the Recreation Calendar and Facility newsletter.
• Lead and supervise group programs and one‑on‑one activities with residents.
• Transport residents to and from programs and assist with community trips as scheduled.
• Maintain records of resident participation in programs and document changes in condition or needs.
