Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• PRSS-SUD certification required.
• Two years’ Recovery Coach or related experience.
• Background checks (state and federal) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Create bi-weekly Recovery Coach shift schedules.
• Oversee training and documentation of Recovery Coaches.
• Coordinate services outside the ED with WVU Medicine settings.
• Run weekly patient reports in EPIC for recovery-coached patients.
• Assist patients with identifying treatment needs and developing plans.
• Link patients to education, housing, recovery supports, and services.
