Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Reconciliation Operations Analyst in Colorado to research and resolve daily bank and transaction breaks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution of reconciliation exceptions.

You will escalate complex issues, guide teammates, and drive process improvements while maintaining clear documentation and adherence to client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with reconciliation teams to research and resolve breaks identified during daily bank and transaction reconciliations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of reconciliations.
• Manage a queue of reconciliation exceptions identified during daily reconciliations.
• Communicate resolution details to reconciliation teams once items are resolved.
• Serve as an escalation point for more complex reconciliation issues.
• Provide guidance to support timely resolution across teams.
• Prioritize workflow to meet processing standards and client expectations.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause/trend analysis and collaborate with internal teams to minimize open items.
• Create and maintain process documentation and procedures.
• Train and guide associates within the team on knowledge and best practices.
