Job summary

Antares is seeking a Senior Analyst to perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations across multiple portfolios and systems. The role emphasizes identifying root causes, communicating with stakeholders, and improving processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial reconciliation, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Loan Operations and Structured Products, within a fast-paced environment. Must work from Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in a financial institution and data reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of Loan Operations with some exposure to Structured Products.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of cash, positions, and income across multiple portfolios.
• Communicate discrepancies to internal/external parties and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide SOP training and best practices guidance to team members.
