• Effectively communicates and escalates delinquent receivables to customers and internal partners.
• Works independently with minimal supervisor support and within established guidelines.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal partners and customers.
• Minimizes bad debt through early identification of at‑risk receivables.
• Meets or exceeds established financial metrics/goals and supports junior analysts.
