Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a Senior General Accounting Rebate Analyst to manage customer incentive programs including rebates, prebates, and equipment incentives. You will ensure accrual accuracy, issue payments, and support reconciliations at our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities include month-end entries, accrual validation with Finance teams, and processing credit/debit memos, audits, and ad-hoc reports. OnBase workflow and NADB/Oracle tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience with fixed assets management and rebate software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for customer incentives, rebates, prebates, and equipment incentives.
• Ensure accrual accuracy and proper support; maintain within Oracle NADB systems.
• Process rebate payments and ARJV/NADB submissions; handle credits memos.
• Load assets for amortization and reconcile GL to sub-ledger.
• Support audits and process improvements for accrual accuracy and system integrations.
