Responsibilities

• Invoice routing and issue resolution across multiple channels.
• Perform report analysis and trend identification for process improvements.
• Provide vendor and internal partner support with analytical insight.
• Handle additional AP processes: chargebacks, refunds, and adjustments.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and aging analyses of payables.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
