The candidate will manage store project leads, resolve construction issues, and develop associates while maintaining high customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2 years’ PM/space/store/ops/data analysis OR 4 years’ experience in same areas.
• PM/space/store/ops/data analysis experience required or preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Realty execution projects with timelines, deliverables, and Store Project Leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for cost-effective sourcing and timely installation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to plan, analyze, and implement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to review modular plans and changes.
• Oversee schedules, communicate impacts, and align with corporate strategies.
• Supervise associates and vendors, guiding processes and customer service standards.
