Job summary

Walmart Cranston, RI is seeking a Realty execution leader to own and drive complex store- and facility-related projects. You will manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder meetings to align plan execution with corporate strategies while directing associates and vendors on processes and modular plans.

You will plan merchandise placement, ensure in-stock displays, coordinate with engineers and architects, monitor budgets, and maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language.

Responsibilities

• Owns Realty execution projects: manage scope, timelines, deliverables, meetings with stakeholders.
• Directs associates and vendors on processes; reviews modular plans.
• Plans merchandising placement based on modular requirements.
• Ensures merchandise is in stock and displayed safely; installs fixtures.
• Leads project plan implementations; collaborates with engineers and architects.
