Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in Pensacola, FL. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while upholding quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership. Travel across the US is required, with a focus on overnight duty and long project blocks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders. Understand plans and minimize impact on store operations.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the US; overnight travel up to long durations.
