Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Principal Real-World Analyst to conduct analyses for real-world evidence studies using diverse data sources such as claims, EMR, and registries. You will report to the head of RWD/A within the RWE/A, Global Evidence & Value Generation department, delivering rigorous, timely research with strong programming and analytical skills.

You will leverage advanced statistical methods, validate data, and develop impactful reports and dashboards to communicate

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in data science, epidemiology, statistics, public health, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience for MS or 2+ years for PhD within biopharma, RWE, or healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with multiple real-world data sources, including Flatiron and Optum (minimum 2 years).
• Expert proficiency in SQL and R; Python knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and audit RWE analyses using diverse real-world data sources.
• Collaborate with RWA lead and team to meet study timelines.
• Apply advanced statistical methods to deliver robust results.
• Maintain documentation for reproducible RWE studies and analyses.
• Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards communicating insights.
• Support in designing RWA standards and improving operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on evolving RWA methodologies and data visualization tools.
