Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Lead Dispatch Security Officer to oversee facility safety and security operations. You will monitor surveillance, guide real-time security deployments, and respond swiftly to incidents, while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 1 year of casino security, law enforcement, surveillance, military, or EMT experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deliver coaching and resolve conflicts.
• Reliable and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and support shift coordination.
• Flexible to adapt to changing business needs, schedules, and guest volumes.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and support team performance and compliance.
• Monitor work areas, guest interactions, and service flow for quality and safety.
• Serve as shift lead and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Watch cameras and monitor surveillance within security scope.
• Download footage from digital recording equipment when needed.
• Coordinate with Surveillance department to track activity and report concerns.
• Direct responding units to active alarms and assist with investigations.
• Maintain knowledge of property layout and alarm systems.
• Collaborate with law enforcement for subpoenas and investigations.
• Assist Risk Management and HR with investigations and duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies.
• Provide outstanding guest service to guests and team members.
