Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Lead Dispatch Security Officer for our Las Vegas property. You will oversee real-time surveillance, coordinate security personnel, and respond quickly to any incident, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest and team member safety. Responsibilities include monitoring cameras, directing responding units, and supporting investigations while maintaining familiarity with the property

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of casino security, law enforcement, surveillance or EMT experience.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage shifts.
• Proficient with computer systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surveillance review and incident response.
• Lead dispatch during shifts and escalate to management as needed.
• Monitor cameras and coordinate with Security and Surveillance.
• Assist with investigations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.

You are responsible for overseeing the continuous monitoring and review of security surveillance, ensuring that every call for aid or assistance is promptly and effectively addressed.
