Job summary

ProPetro in Houston seeks a Senior Real Time Engineer to lead real-time monitoring and incident response for its power generation fleet. You will analyze data, lead RCA efforts, mentor Real Time Engineers, and drive reliability improvements across field operations, engineering, and leadership.

You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports, coordinate with vendors, ensure safety, and uphold HSE policies while improving monitoring quality and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required or preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations or real-time engineering.
• Advanced understanding of power generation equipment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time monitoring and proactive intervention to maximize equipment availability.
• Analyze real-time and historical data to assess health, detect anomalies, and reduce downtime.
• Serve as senior escalation resource for complex troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead RCA and drive corrective actions; track recurrence to improve reliability.
• Track fleet/site parameters and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate incident response with field teams to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
