Job summary

Beusa Energy Group seeks an experienced Reliability Engineer in Houston, TX to enhance asset uptime across power plant and manufacturing environments. You will develop ITPs, work instructions, and risk-based maintenance schedules.

You will analyze performance data, perform root cause analysis, train teams, and collaborate with design, manufacturing and maintenance to embed reliability into the product lifecycle. Must have 7+ years’ experience and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of power plant or manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in English and able to travel as needed.
• Experience designing Inspection Test Plans and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Work Instructions to sustain the Quality Management System.
• Design and implement reliability testing and monitoring procedures.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Analyze product performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct reliability analyses and risk assessments.
• Provide training on reliability practices to teams and departments.
• Identify system upgrades or modifications with engineering teams to improve reliability.
• Perform internal and supplier audits with recommendations for continual improvement.
