Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 5+ years in field operations or real-time engineering.
• Strong understanding of power generation equipment and monitoring platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, Sophia).

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time monitoring and proactive intervention to maximize availability and safe operations.
• Analyze real-time and historical data to assess equipment health and reduce downtime.
• Serve as senior escalation resource for complex troubleshooting across field and engineering teams.
• Lead RCA investigations and drive corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Develop and maintain technical resources, dashboards, and reporting inputs to support field execution.
