Job summary

ProPetro is seeking a Senior Real Time Engineer to lead real-time monitoring, data analysis, and incident response for our power generation fleet. You will mentor engineers and drive reliability improvements across operations, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities include leading RCA efforts, developing dashboards, and coordinating with field teams to minimize downtime and optimize productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations or real-time engineering, preferably in power generation.
• Advanced understanding of power generation equipment and monitoring.
• Experience with data visualization and monitoring platforms (Power BI, Grafana, Sophia).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time monitoring and proactive interventions to maximize availability.
• Analyze data to assess equipment health and reduce downtime.
• Serve as senior escalation resource for complex troubleshooting and events.
• Document RCAs, drive corrective actions, and track recurrence.
