Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of CPU cache hierarchies and memory alignment.
• Hands-on Linux profiling with Perf/Tracy/eBPF and sanitizers.
• Advanced C++ (C++17/20) with low-overhead abstractions and cache-friendly layouts.
• Familiarity with micro-benchmarking and CI performance testing.
• Experience in performance-critical software environments (e.g., game engines, databases, OS kernels).
• B.S. degree in CS or CE.

Responsibilities

• Instrument the behavior pipeline to measure runtime performance and isolate latency spikes.
• Refactor high-frequency loops to maximize cache usage and reduce allocations.
• Re-engineer thread boundaries for multi-core parallelism while ensuring thread safety.
• Create automated micro-benchmarks and telemetry for CI/CD to prevent regressions.
• Collaborate on designing performant C++ module interfaces for new features.
