Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, High Performance Computing for the Starlink program in Redmond. You will design and implement real-time software to optimize beam formation, test across virtualized and hardware-in-the-loop environments, and contribute to end-to-end software development from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or STEM and 5+ years of professional software development experience; or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Development experience in assembly, C, or C++.
• Experience with real-time, high-performance computing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable, real-time software for beam formation and low-latency, high-bandwidth satellite network.
• Lead architecture, design, and code reviews; develop prototypes and run experiments.
