You will guide junior engineers, shape architecture, and ensure delivery to USAF and international customers.

This senior role requires extensive experience in real-time avionics software, collaboration with system architects, and a focus on warfighter readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of professional experience with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada.
• 10+ years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration & Test).
• 5+ years of experience in software development and testing tools (editors, compilers, linkers, desktop simulations, configuration management tools, requirements management tools).
• Experience with software lifecycle practices, agile methodology, and repositories such as JIRA and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develops technical designs and implements OFP code solutions.
• Provides technical oversight and guidance of approaches for F-15 Mission Computing OFP code.
• Collaborates with F-15 Software Architects on future Mission Computing architectures.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
