Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with U.S. Citizenship required.
3+ years of technical leadership in ground/software systems engineering.
3+ years as tech leader of software development or product deployment team.
5+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps experience.
5+ years of configuration management for systems, software, hardware.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain software architecture with interface clarity, stability and versioning.
Inform system definition and translate requirements into software requirements with traceability.
Manage supplier software deliveries to meet integration requirements.
Lead agile delivery and remove impediments to flow.
Own backlog prioritization and define sprint goals for timely delivery.
Define and enforce software integration contracts and data models.
Ensure testability with unit, integration, and SIL/HIL artifacts.
