Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, CA is seeking a F-15 Mission Systems Lead Solution Management Engineer to provide solution-level leadership across multi-discipline teams throughout the lifecycle of the F-15 program.

Responsibilities include interfacing with the assigned program, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and briefing senior leadership on execution status. Travel up to 10% and active U.S. Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in Mission Systems.

Responsibilities

• Primary Mission Systems interface to assigned F-15 Program.
• Collaborate across all Mission Systems functions to ensure program commitments are met.
• Coordinate with Solution Managers and Business Owners to balance Agile Release Train capacity across all F-15 programs.
• Brief Mission Systems execution status to Business Owners including senior engineering management and program management.
• Consume performance metrics to manage project execution.
• Facilitate engineering proposal efforts across all Mission Systems teams.
