Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for software efforts across contracts.
• Oversee full software lifecycle from estimation to testing and integration.
• Coordinate with Software Architect to meet requirements and approvals.
• Manage internal and external development resources and budgets.
• Support program milestones and EVMS reporting.
