Vantage Elevation, LLC in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced Embedded Software Engineer IV to design, implement, and maintain real-time embedded software for elevator control systems. You will work autonomously on advanced projects, troubleshoot complex hardware and firmware, and collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills, experience with RTOS, IAR ARM, device drivers, and leadership in cross-functional settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in real-time embedded software or firmware engineering.
• Strong embedded firmware development with knowledge of embedded software systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain embedded software for elevator control systems.
• Work on advanced and complex projects requiring significant software engineering and industry knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware, firmware, and software systems.
