RTX Goleta, CA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on real-time embedded systems to develop and integrate real-time software for embedded products.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing architectures, and performing simulations and lab testing in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Competenze

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in software design, integration and test utilizing C/C++.
• Experience with embedded microprocessor design, FPGA design, high-speed transceivers, DDR/flash memories.

• Participate in cross-disciplinary integrated product teams using agile methods to plan, design, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions.
• Innovate with new product architectures from design through integration, lab test and field test.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to produce planning and technical work products for internal customers.
