Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance and Real Estate, Finance, or closely related field.
• Four years of experience in real estate including real property acquisition, relocation, and appraisal.
• Experience leading staff and complex real estate projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead relocation and acquisition activities for projects per the Uniform Relocation Act.
• Oversee due diligence with title, survey, and appraisal; manage consultants.
• Coordinate weekly meetings to validate scope, schedule and budget.
• Review relocation payments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present staff reports and project documentation.
