Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years in real property appraisal, 2 in management.
• 60 credit hours and 7 years in real property appraisal, 2 in management.
• High school diploma and 9 years in real property appraisal, 2 in management.

Responsabilidades

• Review appraisals for compliance with appraisal principles.
• Verify documentation per Scope of Work and determine fair market value.
• Reconcile multiple appraisals for final value.
• Recommend employment of consultant appraisers.
• Conduct field reviews including deed search and site inspections.
• Prepare in-house appraisals and rental analyses for county units.
• Present oral findings to the Environmental Trust Review Board.
