Responsibilities include overseeing local FM resources via a third-party provider, driving sustainability efforts, and delivering workplace analytics to global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of real estate and facilities management experience.
• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Building Systems Engineering.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Real Estate/FM systems.
• Willing to travel ~20% across US, Canada and Mexico.
