Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior Real Estate Financial Valuation Analyst onsite to support data-driven investment decisions for the grocery real estate portfolio. You will lead end-to-end valuation work, develop decision-ready models, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.

You will partner with Analytics, Operations, and Finance to improve data, automate workflows, and strengthen documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• MBA, CFA, ASA, MAI, or another credential is preferred.
• 5+ years in real estate valuation or related field with progressive responsibility.
• Experience building complex financial models and translating results into investment recommendations.
• Experience supporting retail real estate decisions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial valuation for real estate and store investments.
• Build and maintain valuation models (DCF, NPV, IRR, etc.).
• Prepare executive-ready valuation summaries and committee materials.
• Develop scenario, sensitivity, and risk analyses for investment outcomes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Legal on valuation inputs.
