Albertsons Companies in Dallas is seeking a Real Estate Market Research Manager to lead market research and location analysis for supermarket site selection across diverse formats, developing sales projections and strategic recommendations for optimizing real estate investments.

You will work within the Real Estate Operations and Analytics team, supporting decision making for capital projects and portfolio management, leveraging data visualization and GIS tools to drive growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, geography, real estate, market research, economics or related field.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and GIS; experience with store/site selection is a plus.
Experience in forecasting and scenario planning for retail locations.

Responsibilities

Provide decision support to enable development and execution of real estate strategy through data-driven analytics.
Prepare sales forecasting for Core Retail transactions including new stores, relocations, remodels, renewals and store closures.
Identify market gaps and offer recommendations to support growth and site expansion.
Interpret results and develop stories and insights for leadership through data visualization and presentations.
Maintain competitive tracking and reporting of market trends and performance.
Support development of systems and tools for market research, geospatial analysis, and reporting, with emphasis on automation.
