Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior experience in a commercial real estate appraisal role.
• Appraiser Trainee license is preferred.
• CCIM or CPA designations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CSA and Analyst on the valuation management process.
• Review third party appraisal reports as part of the valuation management process.
• Manage client communications throughout the valuation management engagement.
